Terms & Conditions (Purchase Agreement)

Welcome to our platform. By checking the box, completing a purchase, or booking a service, you (the "Student" or "Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services & Digital Goods
We provide online courses, instant digital downloads (online editing tools), and 1:1 consulting/coaching services (both virtual and in-person/travel-based).

2. Instant Digital Delivery & Waiver of Rights
Immediate Access: Upon purchasing an online course or digital editing tool, access to the digital intellectual property is delivered to you instantly.

International Consumer Waiver: Pursuant to international consumer protection laws—including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations—you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the digital download or course access has begun.

3. 1:1 In-Person & Travel Services Logistics
If you engage us for services that require travel (including but not limited to flights, accommodation, and transit):

Booking Authorization: You authorize us to book all necessary travel arrangements required to fulfill the service.

Liability for Expenses: Once travel arrangements are booked, you assume full financial liability for those costs. If you cancel the engagement, you remain fully liable for the total cost of the service and all non-reimbursable travel expenses.

4. Intellectual Property
All courses, editing tools, materials, and resources provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute our tools or content.

5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local and international e-commerce laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Non-Refundable & Cancellation Policy

By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to the following strict financial and cancellation terms.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital, immediate, and highly personalized nature of our products and services, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Policy by Product Type
Online Courses & Digital Editing Tools: Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," they are 100% non-refundable from the moment of purchase.

1:1 Virtual/Local Services: Your payment secures a dedicated time slot in our calendar, locking in our income and blocking that slot from other potential clients. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows result in a full forfeiture of the fee.

In-Person & Travel Services: Once travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rentals) are booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued for these expenses under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling Rules
While refunds are not permitted, scheduling changes may be accommodated under the following strict timelines:

Virtual Sessions: At our sole discretion, requests to reschedule a virtual 1:1 session must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Requests made after this window are subject to full forfeiture of the fee.

Travel/In-Person Services: Due to flight and hotel logistics, travel-based services cannot be rescheduled within 30 days of the scheduled date. Any approved rescheduling request made outside of this 30-day window will require the Client to reimburse 100% of any flight change fees, hotel cancellation penalties, or new booking costs incurred by us.

4. Chargeback Abuse Policy
You agree that you will not attempt to circumvent this policy by filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. If a chargeback is initiated, we will present this policy and your checked agreement as binding proof of your explicit consent. Your access to all courses, tools, and services will be terminated immediately, and we reserve the right to seek collection for unpaid fees.
